I was in the market to either purchase or lease a vehicle. I wasn't positive on the makes available with my budget in mind as well as all the goodies I wanted. I originally started off at the Ford dealership with Rob Hoffman. He basically did all the dirty work and told me I needed to go to the Kia lot. The leasing options for the sorento were awesome!! He referred me to April. She was great and quick. She was able to answer all my questions at the drop of the hat and still answers my random email questions. She was super easy to work with on my trade in. They ended up having to search for the vehicle in the color I wanted. I left the dealership early afternoon and within a couple of hours April called me and said she found it and it was delivered the following day. Its been a couple weeks and I have since returned to the service dept to have some accessories put on and they were quick and easy to deal with as well. The waiting room was nice too. All in All I give MFK an A+ and will purchase or lease there in the future - despite my husbands loyalty to chevy.-Jayme
